Joe Derting, PMP, CISM
Founder & Managing Member
Joe Derting is the founder and managing member of Neovector Systems LLC, and the creator of WhereNote, a location-centric platform focused on organizing user-generated experiences around place rather than timelines.
Joe designed and developed the platform from initial concept through implementation, including the platform’s core architecture, frontend systems, data models, interaction frameworks, and user experience foundations that support the current pre-Beta platform.
His work has focused on translating a behavioral product thesis into a functioning technical system, including map-based interaction models, multi-dimensional filtering systems, geofence-validated engagement mechanics, and private-by-default social architecture.
As founder, Joe continues to direct product strategy, system architecture, platform evolution, and operational planning as the project prepares for broader real-world validation and staged rollout.

Teresa King, PMP
Strategic Advisor
Teresa King is a senior technology and project delivery leader with more than 20 years’ experience leading software, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across Australia, the United States, Africa, and Asia. Her background spans software development, enterprise delivery, governance, and operational technology programs across industries including healthcare, mining, logistics, and hospitality technology.
As an advisor to the project, Teresa provides guidance across product delivery, technical direction, and execution strategy. She has played an active role in helping shape development priorities, maintain delivery momentum, and support structured decision-making throughout the build process.
Teresa also brings direct domain experience from earlier roles developing enterprise software solutions for restaurant and retail operators, providing practical insight into the operational needs and expectations of hospitality businesses.
Her experience combining technical leadership with disciplined project management has helped the project transition from concept into a working platform preparing for controlled Beta rollout.
Anthony King, MCSE, MCSD
Strategic Advisor
Anthony King is a senior technology executive, CIO, and strategic advisor with more than 20 years’ experience leading technology strategy, SaaS product development, digital transformation, and large-scale operational programs across Australia, the United States, Europe, China, and Africa.
Anthony advises the project on technology strategy, commercial positioning, and go-to-market planning. His guidance has focused on helping shape discussions around investor readiness, commercial scalability, and how the platform can be effectively positioned to hospitality venues and business partners.
Drawing on his experience as a CIO and business technology leader, Anthony provides practical strategic guidance that helps align product direction with operational viability, customer adoption, and long-term growth potential.
